Our pricing varies depending on different types of products and accessories. All prices are mentioned on our websites. Guides are free and available on our Youtube chanel.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical store.

What is the delivery time?

We offer same-day delivery in Lahore if the orders placed are confirmed by 12 p.m. We expect to deliver confirmed orders across Pakistan within 3 to 5 working days.

What delivery service is used?

We use third-party delivery services like Call Courier, PostEx and Leopard to facilitate deliveries to our customers Nationwide.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery charges are Rs.250 and Increases according to weight. Delivery is free on orders above Rs.4000

How do I place my order?

Add the desired items to your cart and simply checkout.Submit an order with the correct delivery and contact details. You will receive a confirmtion email.

Do you have a return policy?

At Plant Itt we do not accept returns.

Do you have a refund policy?

We don not have refund policy however, we do offer exchanges.

Can I exchange my product, if needed?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Product must not be used. Promotional Product is non-exchange able.

What do I do if i receive faulty item in my order?

Kindly do not accept an order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened. If you receive a faulty product, immediately contact us on our customer care email info@plantitt.com

What if an item is missing in my order?

We may send your items in separate parcels, so please be patient if all your items are not delivered together. If the delay is beyond one business day, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once we have confirmed an order and it has been processed and dispatched.
